Role Purpose: The HVAC Construction Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed HVAC Level 5 construction schedules and four-week lookahead plans.
The role measures progress and tracks installed quantities against planned outputs, ensuring schedule updates are accurate, evidence-based and aligned with the overall 16-week lookahead and programme milestones. It provides visibility of construction readiness, productivity, constraints and schedule risks to support safe and predictable delivery.
Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed HVAC Level 5 construction schedules.
• Prepare and update HVAC four-week lookahead plans.
• Align schedules with the overall 16-week lookahead and programme milestones.
• Establish activity-level progress and quantity measurement requirements.
• Integrate engineering, materials, access, resources, quality and commissioning requirements.
• Confirm activity readiness with construction and delivery teams
Key Deliverables:
• Maintained HVAC Level 5 construction schedules.
• Weekly HVAC four-week lookahead plans.
• HVAC inputs to the overall MEH 16-week lookahead.
• Accurate, evidence-based schedule progress updates.
• Installed quantity and remaining quantity trackers.
• Planned versus actual quantity and productivity reports
Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:
HNC in any engineering discipline
Additional Qualifications/ Experience:
5+ years planning in a construction environment
