- Experience of working within a Commissioning Document Control department
- Experience of delivering Document Control through SharePoint / Convero preferred.
- Understanding of SL document Control systems a benefit
- IOSH Working Safely
Desirable Qualifications
- Building Controllers training course.
- 2 day First Aid qualification.
- Fire Warden training
Job Description / Role
Building Controller/Technical Clerk - To assist BEPDT with the following duties:
Building Controller Role:
• Manage the Building Controller pager during your shift and associated tasks;
• Opening and closing the building.
• Signing in/out with Contractors Control room.
• Counting on site No’s and relaying them to Contractors control room.
• Completing weekly exercise on a Monday and the paperwork required.
• Completing the monthly exercise at the beginning of the month. .
• Being the Deputy during site emergencies and assisting to run the exercise.
• Keeping on top of all necessary paperwork.
• Counting and co-ordinating the respirators.
• First Aider
• Fire Warden
Technical Clerk Role:
• Produce, control and maintain Commissioning Life Time Records
• Copy, scan and store documents within electronic document management system (EDMS)
• Retrieve files as requested by project personnel
• Any other Admin duties that are required.
