RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Title: Business Analyst with HR experience
Engagement Type: Contract 
Location: Cheltenham, 4 to 5 days onsite
Contract Duration: 12 months

Role Summary
BA with HR experience
A HR Business Analyst is required to help with the following two deliverables:
1.  A Workforce Strategy Plan where they will be responsible for developing the analytical foundation of the workforce strategy. In this role they will translates organisational strategy, delivery plans, and future demand into evidence-led workforce insights, enabling informed decisions on capacity, capability, skills, and workforce shape.
2. The development of a new reserve workforce where they will lead the analysis, design, and operational definition of the workforce model. In this role they will gather business requirements, identify data needs, analyse workforce information, design operating processes, and build the foundation for a scalable, compliant, and efficient workforce solution.

These two deliverables are in year deliverables with impact running into years 2, 3 and 4. They will therefore only be required for 12 months.
Currently we have extensive senior HR experience to lead the work, but this role acts as the “engine room” —capturing requirements, analysing data, identifying gaps, and producing actionable workforce plans.
