WR Business Manager, Daniel Rhodes, joins All Together Cumbria Management Committee

Daniel hopes to support All Together Cumbria in the attraction of a diverse workforce for Cumbria.

Daniel Rhodes, Commercial and Project Controls Business Manager at Westlakes Recruit, has joined the Management Committee for All Together Cumbria, a social enterprise and recruitment desk which supports the local community.

 

Owned by Morgan Sindall Group, All Together Cumbria is a community interest company investing in providing the people of Cumbria with opportunities and access to employment.

 

Daniel joins the All Together Management Committee along with representatives from Inspira, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure and Sellafield Ltd.

 

Daniel said: “I am delighted to have been invited to join the All Together Cumbria Management Committee. I am looking forward to further developing the social impact that All Together Cumbria has across the county as well as providing my insight into recruitment activities”.

 

Within the committee, Daniel’s role will be to advise on recruitment strategy, to tackle the current skills shortages and to attract diverse skillsets to the Sellafield supply chain.
