Claire Wilcock, CEO of Westlakes Recruit, said: “We’re excited to begin working in partnership with clients to facilitate diverse recruitment in the clean energy sector in MENA, mirroring our work in nuclear in the UK.
“We want to help create more productive, agile and innovative teams, and diverse recruitment can help us achieve this. Diverse teams simply work smarter.”
Mark Wilcock, Managing Director, added: “The MENA region has big commitments to diversify their energy mix with pioneering clean energy technology.
“People solutions are going to be crucial to achieve their ambitious targets and our consultative approach will help identify the talent needed to deliver the programmes.”

The company have recently celebrated their 10th year in business, having spent a number of these years providing nuclear specific recruitment solutions for the global energy market.
