Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Training Coordinator with a background in administration support on a contract basis, to be located in Seascale. Training co-ordinator provides day to day administrative training activities for selected work groups in order to facilitate safe and effective delivery of training services to the training team customer base. The training co-ordinator implements appropriate governance arrangements to ensure business training risks within their area of responsibility are mitigated. Duties will include; • Track training needs and training qualifications and provide pro active training prompts for a range of training interventions. • Integrate training schedules with integrated work management processes. • Schedule personnel for a variety of training events. • Review analyse and issue training reports from a variety of sources. • Escalate training issues to training lead/manager and the business. • Perform self-checks, assessments and peer checking. • Support classroom set up in support of training instructors.
