RESPONSIBILITIES
Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Head of Technical and Technologies with a background working in the Nuclear sector to be engaged on a long-term contract basis in the Cumbria with hybrid working.Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the introduction of new and emerging technologies to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective decommissioning.
- Providing technical assurance and guidance across engineering activities, safety cases, and licensing.
- Supporting the development of end-to-end solutions from early-stage studies through to deployment.
- Collaborating closely with client and delivery teams to align technical work with programme goals.
- Leading and mentoring a team of technical specialists to build capability and deliver continuous improvement.
