RESPONSIBILITIES
Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Environmental Engineer with a background in water and chemical processes on a Permanent basis,
to be located in West Cumbria.
The successful candidate is to ensure appropriate management of water and chemical processes with particular attention to the efficiency
and integrity of operational plant and monitoring systems, and to ensure environmental control of the plant in
accordance with legal compliance and industry standards.

Requirements
- HNC Chemical or environmental qualification or equivalent.
- Successful contribution & work experience in a 24/7 process environment. Including:
- Experience in a similar role delivering environmental excellence.
- Maintenance & contract management.
- Outage management.
- Operations interface, policies & procedure.
- Budget management & control.
- Legislative, best practice standards & insurance compliance: COSHH, Legionella, waste.
